The Meadows' intensive outpatient program (IOP) individualized treatment program is geared to individuals who are experiencing difficulty embracing independent lives due to unresolved trauma, addiction or other issues. Many addictions, psychological trauma, some mood disorders and many other issues can be traced to a dysregulated brain stem.
Committed To Seeing Our Patients Succeed
Recovery is like walking up a down escalator, you must keep moving in the right direction; otherwise you will lose ground and fall back. Let us help you and your loved ones stay on the right track. The Meadows Outpatient Center offers, through our intensive outpatient program (IOP) individual therapy with our Master’s level and licensed clinicians (SE, EMDR, CBT) and group therapy four days per week, 3 hours per day. In addition, Neurofeedback is also available for IOP patients.
Relapse prevention is built into the entire intensive outpatient program at The Meadows. Upon completion of the 8-week intensive outpatient program, patients immediately begin attending the two-hour relapse prevention group weekly on Thursdays. This group is combined with the IOP group for the first part of the Thursday IOP group. This way, current patients can see how graduates are successfully implementing the skills they have learned in treatment in ongoing recovery and life. In addition, relapse prevention participants can benefit from sharing their experiences, strength and hope with the current IOP patients.
