About

Convenient and Comprehensive Treatment

The Meadows Outpatient Centers provide the same expert treatment and quality care found at our inpatient programs.

The Meadows Model

The Meadows Outpatient program is a proud member of Meadows Behavioral Healthcare, and all clinical staff are trained in the “Meadows Model” of trauma-informed care. The industry leader in providing evidence-based treatment for those with emotional trauma, drug and alcohol addiction, sex addiction, eating disorders, psychiatric disorders, and co-occurring conditions, The Meadows offers a full continuum of programs and services. Our personalized treatment plans help people from all walks of life, meeting them at their point of need.

Why Choose Outpatient Treatment?

Outpatient treatment can be a great next step for those who have completed an inpatient or residential program, but it can also be a great entry point for those who require a lower level of care.

The Meadows Outpatient Centers offer a full range of outpatient services for adults dealing with addiction, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions. We provide the same level of clinical excellence and integrity found at Meadows inpatient programs, but with outpatient flexibility. Some patients may have completed a Meadows inpatient program and are ready to “step down” to a lower level of care. Others may begin outpatient treatment without requiring a higher level of care. Every individual’s current issues and circumstances are taken into consideration to be sure they are offered the safest and most appropriate program for their clinical needs.

All of The Meadows Outpatient Centers offer an eight-week program that includes intensive group therapy, individual therapy with our master’s-level, licensed clinicians, and a combination of other therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Neurofeedback is provided in our on-site Brain Center, along with trauma-sensitive yoga, art therapy, tai chi, and other holistic offerings. Family participation is also a valuable part of the program. A psychiatrist is available on-site for weekly medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and program oversight. We also incorporate 12-Step principles and subscribe to a total abstinence model.

"Our program is unique because it was designed by the same renowned experts who developed The Meadows Model. We fully integrate their model into our program, giving patients the foundation they need for continued recovery."
